Now more than ever, sewer and watermain contractors need to look at skilled foreign workers and immigration as a solution to address growing labour shortages. The program provides services to help identify and recruit foreign workers and immigrants to come and work in Canada’s sewer and watermain sector.

Our program is supported by dedicated offices and agents located throughout Asia that can find foreign workers and immigrants with sewer and watermain training and experience interested in relocating to Canada. Any company that is a member of the Ontario Sewer & Watermain Contractor’s Association can access OSWCA foreign workers and immigrant recruitment services at no charge.
