OSWCA offers a program to assist you in recruiting foreign workers and immigration. It provides services to help identify and recruit immigrants to come and work in Canada’s sewer and watermain sector. Our program is supported by dedicated offices and agents located throughout Asia that find foreign workers and immigrants with sewer and watermain training that are interested in relocating to Canada. Any company that is a member of the Ontario Sewer & Watermain Contractor’s Association can access OSWCA foreign workers and immigrant recruitment services at no charge.
