New Changes Effective May 1st.

Starting from May 1, 2024, several new adjustments will come into effect within the Ontario One Call system.

Please be aware that Administrative Monetary Penalties will solely be enforced on utility companies and locate service providers if a formal complaint regarding delayed locates is filed.
