City of Toronto “No Fly Zone”

Toronto will be imposing a temporary moratorium on all non-emergency utility work/street occupation during the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) and other special events.
The City of Toronto will be imposing a temporary moratorium on all non-emergency utility work/street occupation, which will be in effect during the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) and other special events, within the area bounded by Spadina Avenue, Queen Street West, Lake Shore Boulevard West, and Roncesvalles Avenue (Zone A).

A secondary zone bounded by Front Street West, Bay Street, Queens Quay and Spadina Avenue (Zone B) will be in effect during any games/venues at the Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena within the CNE timeframe.

The purpose of this moratorium is to minimize disruptions to traffic flow, pedestrian access, and overall visitor experience during these events and major capital wors projects (Gardiner Rehabilitation Section 2 and King Street Construction).

The attached letter and map outline the boundaries of which will be subject to this work restriction.
