OSWCA, through its chairmanship of the CEC, provided the attached submission for consideration to the government Standing Committee on Justice Policy. The short submission call for a reform of Bill 109 before it is passed to eliminate the proposed 500% increase in fines for WSIB claims suppression and remove the section calling for enhanced investigative powers for WSIB inspectors.
