As part of our efforts to try to address the late locates in the province, we have formed a coalition with the Residential and Civil Construction Association of Ontario (a labour and management organization) to conduct a legal review and identify legal avenues to pursue on the late locates issue.

Now that a full reopening of construction projects has been given the green light by the Province of Ontario, we are restarting this project. We are looking for your worst cases of late locates. Attached is a letter from the law firm conducting the review as well as a data collection table of the needed information.

We ask that you please take a few minutes to review and fill out the attached table where possible.
