Graeme ClarkPresident, Graeme began his career as an engineer in the United Kingdom and South Africa, working on major highway projects and high-rise commercial development. During his 28 years in Canada, Graeme has worked for several companies in land development and external projects. Currently, he is Vice President of Land Development for Carillion Canada Inc., First Vice President for the Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association, a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the U.K. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Chartered Engineer. He lives in Horseshoe Valley with his wife and three children. 
Frank J. E. ZechnerExecutive Director Frank began his career in 1975 as a professional engineer in Alberta's oil and gas industry and after attending law school, graduated and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1983. He was in-house counsel for several corporations over a 15-year period and was head of the legal department for what is now known as Enbridge Consumers Gas. In 1999 Frank established his own law practice in Toronto representing clients in environmental, construction and safety sectors. He was also a legal advisor to the Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association. Frank became the Executive Director of both the Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association and the Greater Toronto Sewer and Watermain Contractors Association as of January 1, 2006. Frank lives in Toronto, with his wife and their two sons. |
